Effectus services must be used lawfully, responsibly and only for authorised purposes. Users must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, misuse data or use the platform in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Where authenticated access is provided, users are responsible for protecting their credentials and for activity carried out through their authorised account. Access may be restricted or suspended where necessary to protect users, systems or data.
Effectus is designed to support research, analysis and decision-making. Outputs should be reviewed in context and, where material decisions are involved, appropriate human verification and professional judgement should be applied.
Effectus branding, software, interfaces and original platform materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party information and sources remain subject to their respective rights and terms.
We continually develop the platform and may change, improve or discontinue features. Demonstration or pre-release capabilities may change as the product evolves.
