Evidence provenance
Where supported by the workflow, Effectus preserves source context and evidence relationships so users can understand where information came from and how an assessment was formed.
Effectus is designed to support organisations that need intelligence to remain attributable, reviewable and governed. Compliance requirements vary by customer, jurisdiction and use case, so controls are assessed against the relevant deployment rather than represented as a one-size-fits-all certification.

Platform architecture supports controlled access to operational capabilities and data. Identity and permissions are intended to follow least-privilege principles appropriate to the workload.
Logging, workflow history and evidence-led outputs are important parts of accountable intelligence operations and support review of material activity.
AI-assisted analysis should not remove accountability. Effectus is designed so consequential conclusions and actions can remain subject to human review and approval.
Effectus uses Amazon Web Services infrastructure and cloud-native controls for areas such as identity, encryption, networking, monitoring and service resilience. AWS compliance programs do not automatically confer certification on Effectus; customer requirements are assessed separately.
